The Tavern Preachers
The Tavern Preachers were born in January of 2022 when the 3 founding members met over beer and pizza at a local brewery. Lee Cunningham (bass) and Ian Pierce (drums) had been set on finding the right vibe and sound for their vision. In walked Justin Kelley (vocals, rhythm guitar) and history started writing itself. With changes here and there, and some tweaks along the way, The Tavern Preachers have been blazing a trail across the Tennessee Valley. Brett Allen (lead guitar) joined up in October of 2022. They are now continually bringing their unique southern rock sound with a twist. With influences of Blackberry Smoke, Marcus King, the Allman Brothers and motown, this is a band you don't wanna miss.

5x5
5x5 (five by five) may be new to the Huntsville/North Alabama music scene, but they are a four piece rock group with a lot of regional experience. At a 5x5 show, you can expect to hear songs from your favorite 90s bands (Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots, Alice in Chains, and Nirvana) or 00s bands (Linkin Park, Maroon 5, Blink-182, and The Killers). The name 5x5 comes from radio communications meaning "loud and clear", and that's exactly what their sound is like...though some of their fans think its because the crowd is the fifth member of the four piece group. With Sean Brooks on vocals, Caleb Merchant on guitar, Boss Shell on bass, and Andrew Smith on drums, 5x5 hopes to keep the party going at any event.

Since moving to Huntsville, Otis has gained a reputation for his soulful ballads behind the microphone, tapping your toes while he plays his flattop and blistering leads on his B3 organ. Otis's style is a musical gumbo of goodness. Most songs have a flavor of a bluesy funk, with a pinch of outlaw country and a double helping of southern soul. He is an ambassador of Southern Music like Otis Redding, Dr. John, and The Allman Brothers. But don't be fooled, Otis can quickly take a top 40 pop star's song and quickly make it his own, giving the audience a wide variety of musical styles and decades.
